Equipment Services Overview
The Equipment Services Operations team is responsible for warehousing, setting up and delivering equipment to valued customers. This includes inventory management, delivery teams and supply of equipment.
The Role
The key objective of this role is to provide high-quality beverage dispensing equipment to internal and external stakeholders. As a Cold Drinks Technician, you will respond to and repair breakdowns of our equipment at customer sites.
Main Responsibilities:
* Safety First: Participate in toolbox talks and safety audits.
* Compliance: Close out incidents, hazards and tasks in a timely manner.
* Equipment Service Excellence: Service equipment to the highest standards, including preventative maintenance and quality assurance.
* Efficiency: Complete equipment refurbishment efficiently, using only necessary parts.
* Inventory Management: Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts as per schedule.
* Adherence to Process and IT Tools: Follow standard work procedures and use time and attendance systems correctly.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in training, development and assessment programs.
About You
You should have proven relationship management experience, be agile and able to prioritise multiple initiatives. Self-motivation, enthusiasm and flexibility under pressure are essential. Excellent time management and organisational capabilities are also required.
You should also have proficiency in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, Microsoft suite) and knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety. Electrical or Refrigeration trade qualifications are preferred.
