We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead and execute strategic communication initiatives across our organisation. Based on the Sunshine Coast, this role will shape our brand voice, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive internal and external communications strategy.
This position is suited to a communications professional with at least five years of experience who can operate both strategically and hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications
Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies aligned with business objectivesManage brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platformsSupport executive communications and leadership messaging
External Communications
Draft and distribute media releases and public statementsManage media relationships and coordinate press engagementOversee website content and digital communicationsSupport social media strategy and content development
Internal Communications
Develop internal communication frameworksPrepare leadership updates and company-wide communicationsSupport organisational change and engagement initiatives
Content & Brand Management
Create high-quality written content including reports, articles, and marketing materialsEnsure consistent tone of voice across all communication channelsCollaborate with marketing and leadership teams
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications, PR, or corporate affairsDegree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fieldStrong writing and editing skillsExperience managing both strategic and operational communicationsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong stakeholder engagement capability
