Your new role
In this role, you will find yourself carrying out duties including, but not limited to;
Assisting with OH&S compliance and reporting
Meeting and greeting customers, vendors & freight
General office Management across the department
Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filing duties
Assistance in sourcing and procurement of parts and supplies
Process supplier invoicing and reconcile accounts and credit cards
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require the following;
Proficient in Microsoft Suites Programs
Must be proficient in accounts and invoicing
Minimum of 3+ years in an Office administration role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
