The Repair Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the operations and management of the Repair Centre. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective functioning of the repair centre to deliver high-quality standards and services within the agreed timelines. As a proven leader within the Automotive Industry, you will demonstrate the ability to prioritise, manage, and motivate the production team, based in Peakhurst. Role responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the repair centre. Oversee workflow, ensuring timely completion of repairs while adhering to quality standards. Oversee the recruitment and training of all technicians and support team members. Coach and guide the team to enhance operational outcomes. Conduct performance development and succession planning activities to support operational continuity. Manage costs and resources effectively to deliver the agreed financial outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve the financial outcomes of the centre. Analyze financial reports to support data-driven decision making. Develop and maintain a focus on delivering high-quality repair and service standards. Implement quality control measures to reduce rework. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency. Does this sound like you? Previous Collision Repair experience in a leadership capacity. Qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly desirable). Inspirational leadership and strong people management skills. Focus on site safety, workflow, and productivity.
