Job Description:
* Support day-to-day warehouse operations including goods receiving, order picking, packing, dispatching, stock control, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
This role adheres to TGA, WHS, and compliance requirements and contributes directly to warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Goods Receiving & Storage
2. Receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders
3. Inspect products for accuracy and quality
4. Record batch numbers and expiry dates for TGA compliance
5. Store products according to FIFO and inventory procedures
6. Assist with stock replenishment and workflow efficiency
7. Order Picking, Packing & Dispatch
8. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy
9. Ensure correct packaging, labelling, and documentation
10. Liaise with couriers and freight providers
11. Support express orders and urgent dispatch tasks
12. Stock Control & Reporting
13. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock promptly
14. Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts
15. Maintain stock integrity and TGA traceability standards
16. Warehouse Presentation & Safety
17. Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and dispatch area
18. Follow safe manual-handling procedures and equipment guidelines
19. Assist with stock rotation, recycling, and waste management
20. Compliance & WHS
21. Comply with WHS policies and report hazards
22. Operate equipment safely when trained and authorised
23. Use appropriate PPE and adhere to safe work methods
About You:
Essential:
* Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Understanding of stock control and WHS practices
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
* Willing to attend a pre-employment medical assessment
Desirable:
* Experience in health products, supplements, or pharmaceutical warehousing
* Certificate in Warehousing, Logistics, or equivalent
