About The Role Join our dynamic Analysis Chapter of 250+ experts, delivering innovative solutions across large‑scale programs. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, enhance customer outcomes, and contribute to purpose‑led transformation. What You’ll Do
Create and refine user stories that enable delivery teams to achieve customer‑focused outcomes.
Document current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery squads to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
Partner with architecture and platform teams to shape clear, actionable artefacts that drive strategic outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis within large, complex organisations, applying Agile and traditional delivery methods.
Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Skilled in facilitating structured workshops and synthesising information into coherent documentation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with insurance industry processes and systems is highly regarded.
