Our client has been in business for over 40 years and create bespoke products for clients in their manufacturing facility based in Welshpool.
They are seeking a permanent Office Allrounder to become part of their small team who value collaboration, inclusion and recognition.
**To be considered for this role you must have full working rights within Australia.**
**Duties**:
- Data entry of timesheets and job cards
- Convert timesheets hours into minutes for data entry into the system
- Print job cards to show work performed and materials used before invoicing
- Assist the Administration Manager with payroll and accounts payable if and when required
- Answer the phone and follow up enquiries
- Greeting customers and assisting with pick up and delivery information from the workshop
- Collate and refer information for work performed
- Filing as required
**Requirements**:
- Previous administration experience
- MS Office experience
- Previous accounts experience highly desirable
- Ability to do mental maths for conversion of hours into minutes for job cards and data entry
- High attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and be comfortable with interruptions of customer pick ups and phone calls
- Enjoy working within a small team
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines
