We are a growing building design practice based in Adelaide, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across South Australia.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drafter to join our collaborative team.
About the Role
As a Drafter, you will work closely with our designers and project managers to prepare accurate and compliant documentation for council submissions, construction, and client presentations.
The role will suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in producing precise and professional drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality drafting documentation for residential and commercial projects.
Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into accurate drawings.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Contribute to project coordination and assist with design detailing.
Maintain efficient project documentation and file management practices.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience.
TAFE design and drafting qualification preferred.
Knowledge of National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Revit drafting software (essential).
Skills and experience in ArchiCAD, Lumion and AutoCAD software and building design will be highly considered.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing and experience in building trades will be highly considered.
