The opportunity
As a Manager in the Business Transformation team, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate complex business challenges and deliver value through strategic, operational, and digital business transformation. You'll lead cross-functional teams to design and implement future-ready business operating models, support enterprise performance improvement, and drive technology-led transformation.
You'll work across diverse industries, applying your technical and leadership skills to deliver lasting change and measurable outcomes for EY clients.
This position based in Melbourne - Naarm .
Your key responsibilities
* Lead work packages independently, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client expectations
* Effectively manage and mentor teams to foster collaboration and performance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
* Apply critical thinking and professional experience to advise clients on complex, large-scale transformation initiatives
Skills and attributes for success
* Proven experience delivering transformation programs for government clients
* Demonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of successfully managing teams
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively
