We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Lawyer to provide expert legal advice and support for our People & Culture Division and Professional Standards & Behaviours Department.
About the Job
* Working with all levels of management to advise on employment matters, autonomously managing litigious and non-litigious employment matters, with the support of Legal Counsel – Employment and Industrial Relations where required.
* Drafting, reviewing correspondence, briefing notes, employment contracts, policies procedures industrial instruments as part of your role
* Ongoing identification systemic risks in People Culture & Professional standards department
* Promoting early intervention strategies governance compliance AV policies across teams departments units involved this position impacts
