What You'll Be Doing Growing wholesale sales across Queensland by developing and executing smart strategies. Building lasting relationships with travel partners through regular in-person visits, virtual meetings, and a structured call plan. Becoming the go-to expert on wholesale products and services, supporting agents to sell with confidence. Working alongside your Regional Manager to set goals and hit ambitious sales targets. Using CRM tools to track activities, report results, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline. Analysing sales data to spot new opportunities and drive proactive growth. Representing the brand at trade shows, industry events, famils, and conferences. What We're Looking For 3 years of experience in the travel industry, ideally in sales or account management. Really well networked across the travel industry, with strong relationships that you can leverage. Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport. A proactive, self-motivated approach with resilience and a drive to succeed. A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel throughout Queensland.
