The role:
We are looking for a responsible Technical Sales Representative Nec to join our team on full-time basis. A successful Technical Sales Representative Nec will be crucial in explaining the intricate craftsmanship and unique qualities of our extensive jewellery offerings. He will specialize in our diverse range, from exclusive brands to bespoke creations and bridal collections, providing personalized consultations that align with customer preferences and cultural backgrounds. Collaborating closely with the sales team, enhance customer experiences, offer informed guidance, and contribute to achieving sales goals through deep product knowledge and engaging customer interactions.

Duties & Responsibilities as a Technical Sales Representative nec include:
· Develop expertise in Malabar Gold & Diamonds' jewellery products, including materials, designs, craftsmanship, and unique features.
· Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting technical specifications, quality standards, and benefits.
· Engage with customers to understand their jewellery preferences, occasions, and budget considerations.
· Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery pieces.
· Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to after-sales support.
· Handle customer objections effectively and close sales by emphasizing product strengths and value propositions.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement or new offerings.
· Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market intelligence and customer interactions.
· Conduct training sessions for sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
· Mentor and support colleagues to enhance their skills in jewellery sales and technical expertise.
· Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to promote Malabar Gold & Diamonds' products.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies that highlight technical aspects and unique selling points of jewellery products.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and customer interactions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
· Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications:
· Proven work experience of at least 10 years as a Technical Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
· Qualification of at least bachelors.
· Expertise in jewellery materials, designs, and craftsmanship.
· Clear communication of technical details and customer interactions.
· Meeting customer needs and building relationships.
· Offering personalized advice based on customer preferences.
· Maintaining high ethical standards in all interactions.
