Step Into Your Future
The primary role of a TAFE SA Lecturer is to provide a quality educational service of training, assessment, and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives. Lecturers may also be involved in the provision of consultancy services to industry/community clients.
Bring your Skills and Passion
* Current experience as a digital artist, game developer, or VFX specialist — with a professional portfolio demonstrating concept-to-production capability across 2D and 3D workflows.
* Tertiary-level teaching or mentoring experience in digital media, game art, CGI, or animation preferred, with a focus on supporting student industry readiness and operating within a continuous improvement cycle for quality teaching and assessment.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 40122 or Certificate IV TAE40116 or tertiary qualification in Adult Education.
* Experience in developing or contributing to game, cinematic, or virtual production pipelines; exhibiting or publishing work across digital art platforms, festivals, or industry showcases.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
