**The Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Group Head of Marketing, you will;
- Develop annual strategic digital-first marketing plans across your brands
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to test and evolve lead nurturing tactics, achieving marketing attribution visibility in the funnel
- Provide hands-on support with the redevelopment and improvement of brand messaging & design on multiple channels, including website and social media
- Liaise with external suppliers (copywriters, designers, media production teams, etc.) to create engaging and high-quality content
**What you need**
This role requires a person who thinks outside the box and thrives on rolling up their sleeves to collaborate with business partners to achieve business goals.
- You will have strong digital marketing, copywriting, SEO, and social media management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media and Communications or related fields
- 4+ years' experience in developing strategic marketing plans
- Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
- Data-driven marketing strategy with demonstrable results
- Eye for creativity and content creation
