In this role, you will provide timely and accurate advice on APRA's requirements and expectations to Macquarie's staff and businesses, including reviewing proposed new business and transactions for compliance with the relevant prudential standards and guidance.
You will play a key role in supporting Macquarie's businesses in non-financial risk matters relating to Intragroup transactions, operational resilience and governance.In addition, you will provide Line 2 review and challenge in relation to frameworks that support compliance with key APRA prudential standards.What You OfferAbility to conceptualise abstract ideas and take pride in getting the details right while remaining aware of the bigger pictureStrong communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to collaborate and engage with a broad cross-section of individualsExperience in financial services in a risk, treasury, regulatory compliance or legal roleAn intellectually curious mind and be a critical and independent thinker who enjoys taking responsibility for challenging tasks and solving complex problemsTertiary qualifications in finance, economics, accounting or law is valuable.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.About the Risk Management GroupOur Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks.
