Lead quality, compliance & education – make a real impact in a well-supported aged care home. Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 + super and relocation support. Location: Regional NSW. Full‑time, permanent.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, coach, and empower clinical and care teams.
* Oversee audits, accreditation, and compliance with Aged Care standards.
* Champion continuous improvement and best‑practice initiatives.
* Support staff development, engagement, and retention.
* Manage education programmes and quality frameworks.
* Collaborate with leadership to ensure operational excellence.
About You
* AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience in quality, compliance, or education in aged care.
* Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
* Confident, approachable, and solutions‑focused.
* Passionate about delivering safe, person‑centred care and supporting staff.
