Job Summary

The role of Tailings and Support Superintendent involves overseeing the management and execution of plans for co-disposal activities, ensuring consistency with operational guidelines. This position requires a strong focus on safety and involves supporting operations to achieve key performance indicators.

* Develop and maintain work practices and systems within the team that align with Anglo Coal's Safety, Health, Environment, and Community Management System standards.
* SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF ANGLO COAL'S SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT MORANBAH NORTH MINE BY COLLABORATING WITH INTERNAL CONTRACTORS AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
* Effectively plan, monitor, and coordinate personnel, equipment, and resources to achieve agreed targets and schedules.
* Analyze design specifications and communicate concepts to operational teams.
* Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
* Identify opportunities to enhance safety performance.
* Maintain training records for direct reports.
* Lead and develop the team to deliver departmental plans and objectives.



Key Responsibilities

As a Tailings and Support Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
