The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‐paced environment, and is passionate about connecting candidates with the right opportunities.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting both clients and candidates across the blue‐collar sector. No two days are the same, and you will be involved in everything from sourcing talent to building strong relationships and delivering recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across a range of blue‐collar roles
* Manage high‐volume recruitment while maintaining a high level of candidate care
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
* Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and understanding of workforce needs
* Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future requirements
* Ensure accurate record keeping within recruitment systems and follow established processes
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys a people‐focused role and can perform well in a busy recruitment environment. You will bring:
* Previous recruitment experience or experience in a customer‐focused role
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
