Market-competitive salary and benefits
- Salary between $2950.00 – $3280.70 per fortnight (AO3).
- 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading.
- Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%.

About your opportunity
As Executive Support Officer, you will provide high-level confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Women's and Children's Service Group. This includes managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and supporting operational processes across paediatrics, maternity, and women's health services.
Requirements
- Proven administrative and secretarial skills, including document preparation and meeting coordination.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- High-level accuracy in data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and corporate systems.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Compliance with Queensland Health vaccination requirements for VPD risk roles.
- A probationary period may apply.
