Responsibilities
1. End-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce in aged care, processing end-to-end payroll for staff covered by multiple EBAs and awards.
2. Managing new starters and terminations to ensure seamless transition.
3. Processing timesheets and leave requests to optimize workforce productivity.
4. Reviewing and verifying payroll data to maintain accuracy and compliance.
5. Administering superannuation and taxation obligations to ensure employer's responsibilities are met.
