NLT Digital Solutions is expanding A new position for Electronics Engineer has opened up. The role is at our Caboolture facility and has a focus on performing Electronics Engineering design, reviews, prototyping and assessing over the range of NLT Digital products and solutions.
Reporting to the Head of Electronics Design your duties will include, but not be limited to repairing NLT Caplamp parts:
* Review and repair Wi-Ports if possible
* Diagnose and repair of NLT Digital electronic products and RTM Messenger Main Boards
* Aid in the design and testing of new products when needed
* Other potential repairs and designed based on the manager's request
* Review schematic and PCB layouts and provide feedback
* Understand and review C/C++ software and provide constructive feedback
* Understand basic computer networking and connectivity protocols such as MQTT, WiFi, Ethernet, RS-423
* PCB design, prototyping and testing
* Creating work instruction and test plan documentation
* Aiding with ExTC certification
* Writing and using Python for data analysis
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Must have good soldering skill
* Excellent communications (written and verbal) and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment, without direct supervision
* Knowledge of analog and digital electronics - low speed upto 500Mhz
* Debug skills, use of scopes & multimeters, reading schematics
