About the Role
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support senior staff and assist with the running of our day-to-day operations working full time hours Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer service support via phone calls, emails and walk-in clients
* Providing administrative support to senior staff
* Organising and managing job paperwork
* Co-ordinating service calls and booking in jobs
* Booking in hire equipment, managing sub-contractors and booking travel and accommodation needs as required
* Communicating and liaising with customers, technicians and other staff members
* Managing and Maintaining several database systems
* Maintain administrative systems and processes
* Completing administration tasks such as filing and scanning
* Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office and kitchen areas.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have.
* Ability to work well both within a team environment and unsupervised
* A good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and confidant telephone manner
* Demonstrated excellent time management, with the capacity to work to deadlines and manage priorities
* Customer service orientated
* Knowledge within the Microsoft Office Suite
* Hold a current drivers licence
