About The Role
FIFO 2:1 roster - week of days, week of nightsOn-going contract, based in Wiluna, WAAccommodation and meals provided on siteResponsible for all aspects of mine production including Operations scheduling, mine planning and coordinating company's personnel, equipment and resources to achieve the company's set targets and schedules.Managing workloads and allocating duties across the production team to deliver the mine plan deliverables and ensuring all targets are safely met.Support delivery of commercially focused outcomesLeading the day-to-day supervision of the mine productionOverseeing shift process and providing appropriate instruction to designated team members to ensure safe and smooth shift in ongoing process improvement.
About You
Minimum of three years' experience in a supervisor roleMandatory: S26 statutory supervisor certificationHigh level of communication, organisational and planning skillsDemonstrated ability to work safely within a team environmentDemonstrated team management and leadership abilityBe able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including drug and alcohol testingMust have the right to work in AustraliaCurrent National Police Clearance, issued within the last twelve monthsCurrent Driver's Licence and White Card.Ability to undertake all safety paperwork and processes
