Mx51 is a payments-as-a-service solution for banks, non-bank acquirers, and other merchant service providers. We are building a payment platform that allows merchants to accept payments in-store, in-app and online, whilst consolidating all their data on a real-time business management dashboard.
This role is a 6 month fix-term maternity leave cover.
In this role, you will
* Manage the procurement process, including:
o meeting with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
o understanding mx51's contractual obligations with its customers, and ensure that the supplier contracts comply with mx51's contractual obligations
o reviewing and negotiating contracts
o working with Risk and Security team on the more strategic / complex suppliers
* Manage the post-contract vendor management process, including:
o working with stakeholders to monitor customer performance, including SLA performance
o reviewing fees to see if there are any efficiencies that could be made; in particular working with Finance on minimising costs across the whole portfolio of suppliers.
o responding to internal stakeholders' queries about contract interpretation
o negotiating amendments to the POS partner agreements
o keeping track of the status of the POS partner agreements around multiacquirer
o Manage the contract management system being the single source of truth for all contracts
About You
* 3-5 years experience in a procurement or commercial function
* Experience in private practice, or in-house
* Law degree
