This is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier-1 design studio in Melbourne. You'll be part of a highly skilled team working on significant rail projects in a documenter capacity. The role requires strong Revit capability, along with proven experience in documentation. This is an 8 week contract to start with!
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and coordinate technical construction documentation
* Liaise with external consultants and contractors
* Work with internal teams to deliver project outcomes and key deliverables
Skills and Experience
* Masters in Architecture or an Architectural Technology Degree
* Strong Revit skills gained within a professional practice
* 7+years post grad experience, ideally with rail project exposure
* Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality documentation
* Solid understanding of Victorian building standards and project experience
