What's the role?
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Support Coordinator to join our Client Partnerships team for a fixed-term period. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team by ensuring seamless campaign delivery, precise administration, and outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently process client orders and media bookings.
* Coordinate media schedules across print, digital, and audio platforms.
* Maintain organised documentation and up-to-date CRM records, including client contact details and sales activities.
* Upload and manage contract documentation in internal systems (e.g., AdPoint).
* Support digital campaign setup and monitor performance in collaboration with Ad Operations.
* Communicate creative specifications and deadlines to clients, and follow up on outstanding materials to meet campaign timelines.
* Prepare and deliver comprehensive post-campaign reporting, including screenshots and tearsheets.
* Manage client correspondence regarding schedules, materials, approvals, and campaign progress.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across teams.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and the client experience.
Who Are You?
* Experienced in providing administrative support, ideally within a media, sales, or client-focused environment.
* Client-oriented, professional, and responsive in managing requests and communications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is advantageous) and internal booking platforms.
* Proficient in generating reports, managing spreadsheets, and preparing client-ready documents.
* A strong communicator and collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.
