Key Responsibilities

* Monitor, maintain, and construct Shire infrastructure, including roads, footpaths, drainage systems, and signage.
* Operate plant and equipment as required, such as bobcats, loaders, trucks, and backhoes.
* Undertake labouring tasks, concreting, and bricklaying duties.
* Participate in grave internments and re-openings.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Demonstrated experience in operating plant and equipment used by Council.
* Experience and ability in construction and/or maintenance activities.
* A 'MR' class driver's licence.
* The ability to work effectively within a team environment.

This is a permanent full-time position working 85 hours over a nine-day fortnight. As a staff member, you will be entitled to:

* A salary of $78,361.79 per annum, plus overtime.
