This is a fast-paced environment so we’re looking for someone adaptable, professional, and highly organised.The Focus Of Your Work Will IncludePreparing and assisting with estate planning documents including Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Guardianship appointments.Supporting Probate and Letters of Administration applications - from standard matters to more complex estates.Managing estate administration: compiling records, tracking assets/liabilities, and liaising with beneficiaries.Coordinating files, calendars, and internal processes to help keep things running smoothly.Communicating with clients to support the legal team and ensure a seamless experience.What You’ll Bring:Minimum 2-3 years’ experience (ideally with an Australian legal background)Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining accuracyHigh levels of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligenceExperience with corporate clients is highly regarded, especially if you’ve supported property-related estate mattersApply NowIf you’re an experienced paralegal we’d love to hear from you.
