Role: Graduate Recruitment ConsultantReporting To: Partner & Manager.Start Date: July 2026
Responsibilities
* Candidate Management: Interview candidates, manage their experience, and help them find the right job.
* Client Consulting: Meet with clients to understand their business needs, take job briefs, and maintain strong, long‐term relationships.
* Manage Recruitment Assignments: Handle various recruitment processes, including posting job ads, searching databases, and interviewing candidates.
* Fill Jobs: Match the right candidates to the right jobs, ensuring both clients and candidates are satisfied.
* Business Development: Use sales and marketing techniques to attract new clients and arrange meetings.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic team.
* Event Coordination: Help organise client meetings and events to build stronger connections.
Qualifications
Recent graduates or those about to graduate this year, as well as individuals with 1‐2 years of experience in a corporate role.
