About the Role:
Are you ready to lead with clinical excellence and compassion? The Central Outpatient Department (COD) at Canberra Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse to join our Plastics team within the Division of Cancer and Ambulatory Support. COD delivers clinic-based care across a wide range of medical and surgical specialties, including neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, orthopaedics, and plastics—making it a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
In this role, you'll provide advanced nursing assessments and tailored care for patients with acute and complex plastics-related injuries. Working closely with medical and allied health teams, you'll manage outpatient pathways, run nurse-led clinics, and support patients and their families throughout their recovery journey. This is your opportunity to shape a high-impact service, improve outcomes, and bring leadership to a specialised area of care. If you're passionate about advanced practice and collaborative care, we'd love to hear from you.
