Forklift Operator
Your primary responsibility will be operating articulated Aislemaster forklifts at heights up to 12 metres, safely and efficiently moving stock throughout a busy warehouse environment using RF scanning technology.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Replenishing floor stock from bulk pallets stored in high-bay racking
* Storing away and locating container pallets
* Loading and staging trucks for dispatch
* Consolidating and relocating stock across the warehouse
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 2 years' proven experience operating forklifts at height in a high-volume warehouse
* A strong safety-first mindset with excellent attention to detail
* RF scanner experience preferred

Warehouse 2IC (Second-in-Charge)
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, overseeing a team of 15–20 staff and driving operational efficiency across all warehouse processes and systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Warehouse Manager in leading, supervising, and developing the warehouse team
* Monitoring and improving warehouse workflows, systems, and procedures
* Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and company policies
* Acting as the point of escalation in the Manager's absence
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for:
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
* Forklift licence and hands-on warehousing experience highly regarded
