*Job Summary:*
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless dining experiences, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include:
* Greeting and serving guests
* Managing reservations and waitlists
* Taking orders and serving food and beverages
* Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
* Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
* Working collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members
*Requirements:*
Must have RSA
* Previous experience in a front-of-house role (host/hostess, server, bartender)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
