* Casual roles located in Hamilton.
* Comfortable working with people with various disabilities.
* Committed to family and person-centered approaches, supporting inclusion and participation.
* Ability to build and manage friendly relationships within a team environment.
* Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Availability to work across multiple sites and various shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and active nights.
* Experience and confidence working with clients who need support with behaviors of concern.
* A driver's license is required for this role.

We act bravely
To succeed in this role, you must have or be willing to obtain:
* Relevant qualification(s).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
* Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Valid Australian Working Rights and, if applicable, an International Police Check for overseas work or residence within the last ten years.
