**Job Description**: We are seeking a Graduate Dentist to join our team in a unique opportunity that combines the scale and variety of a metropolitan dental hospital with the rewarding community impact of rural dentistry.
As a Graduate Dentist, you will have the chance to gain hands-on clinical experience, work alongside specialists, and build a network of mentors and peers who will support you as you transition into practice. You will be part of a close-knit team, working closely with residents, registrars, and consultants to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will also have opportunities for practical experience in both surgical clinics and day surgery units.
You will have access to mentorship at every step, with Heads of Units, supervisors, and specialists committed to your growth. You will also benefit from professional development opportunities, including a $2000 annual CPD allowance, 5 days study leave, and dedicated teaching built into your program.
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who are recent graduate with a Doctor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor of Dental Science, or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent), current, unrestricted AHPRA registration, and strong communication and people skills.
