Focus of the Role: Design and support enterprise-grade application systems and infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust IT solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on development using Oracle, Java, REST APIs, and Azure, while ensuring operational continuity through incident management and effective communication.

What You'll Do:
* Analyze, design, and support application systems architecture and infrastructure.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and deliver IT solutions.
* Develop and maintain applications using technologies such as Oracle Database, Oracle Apex, JBoss EAP, Nginx, Java, HTML, REST APIs, PL/SQL, Linux, Python, PowerShell, and Azure Services.
* Utilize tools like SQL Developer, JDeveloper, SSMS, and Visual Studio for analysis and support.
* Manage fault restoration, incident resolution, and change management to ensure business continuity.
* Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and third-party support teams.
* Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
About You:
* Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python) and database technologies relevant to enterprise applications.
* Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as Azure and AWS.
* Strong understanding of IT solutioning and business process alignment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
Beneficial Experience:
* High degree of proficiency in procurement and supply chain data concepts and practices.
* Familiarity with Telstra Change, Incident and Security systems.
* Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
