Your primary responsibility will be to assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments. Based on your findings, you will formulate treatment goals unique to each participant and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help them enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.

You will also be responsible for managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services. Additionally, you will mentor and nurture early career clinicians, maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.

Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.

A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills.

Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
