Project Estimator Position
We are seeking an experienced project estimator to join our team. As a project estimator, you will be responsible for carrying out end-to-end estimating for construction projects.
* You will build and manage estimates using your preferred platform.
* Review and interpret drawings, scopes, and tender documentation to ensure accurate costing.
* Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants for precise pricing information.
* Develop pricing templates and internal tools to streamline the estimating process.
* Provide commercial input into procurement, risk review, and delivery planning.
* Support project handover, cost control, and ongoing process improvement.
About the Role:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating for construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of Expert Estimation (Pronamics) or other estimating platforms.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
