Andrew Dale Racing, based at Wangaratta Racecourse, is seeking an experienced and reliable Track Work Rider to join our team.
The role is strictly riding track work, with no additional stable duties required.
This position would suit an experienced track work rider seeking a change of environment and the opportunity to take on an integral role within the stable as the main work rider.
Working closely with the trainer, assistant trainers and track riders, the successful applicant will play an important role within the stable.
Rider can expect to ride anywhere from 5–12 horses per morning, including fast work when required.
Andrew Dale Racing currently has around 50 horses in training and pre-training, providing consistent and quality riding opportunities within a professional and supportive stable environment.
Applicants must be confident, capable and competent riding fast work. Reliability, strong horsemanship and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
The stable has the ability to put together an exceptional remuneration package for the successful applicant, with salary and accommodation available if required. Race day attendance can also be included for applicants who are interested.
