* Band 10 - $148,113 per annum + 12% superannuation
* Full time, fixed term opportunity till 30th June 2026
* Geelong based role (hybrid work from home – 3 days a week in office)

As a Senior Recovery and Performance Coordinator, in this role, you will oversee the hospital, allied health & hearing portfolio, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative strategies that enhance worker recovery outcomes and provider performance.
You will:
* Lead the design and implementation of health-related programs and service models that support injured workers.
* Drive performance improvement initiatives across the provider landscape.
* Use predictive data and insights to influence decision-making and strategy.
* Build and manage strategic relationships with health providers, industry peak bodies, and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and evidence-based insights to improve health service delivery.
* Represent WorkSafe in key stakeholder forums, workshops and planning meetings.
* Contribute to cross-divisional strategic reviews, ensuring alignment with WorkSafe's mission and values.

About you
We're looking for a dynamic leader who combines strategic thinking with strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery expertise.
You will also bring:
* 5–7 years' experience in leadership and project management, ideally within health, disability, or recovery settings.
* A deep understanding of the legal and operational environment impacting recovery services.
* Strong leadership skills to support teams through change and ambiguity
* A proven ability to drive positive change in complex environments using data, research and industry trends.
* Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
* A growth mindset, agile delivery experience and a passion for continuous improvement.
* A tertiary qualification in health, project management, business, or a related field.
