Construction Project Manager Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing construction personnel and subcontractor teams.
* Negotiating contracts, securing permits, and managing licensing requirements.
* Selecting and managing construction materials, tools, and equipment.
* Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and performance standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5-10+ years of experience in either a client-side PM role or head contractor role.
