We're on the lookout for a Site Installation Supervisor to join our expanding Roofing Division. If you're an experienced roofer or plumber looking to move off the tools, lead a great team, and help deliver quality work you can be proud of, this role could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Site Installation Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person on-site, coordinating and supervising installations to ensure they run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising WH&S on site and reporting incidents
* Managing and mentoring subcontractors and installers
* Liaising with builders, clients, and internal teams
* Conducting post-installation inspections
* Ensuring compliance with codes, policies, and customer expectations
* Performing minor installation or maintenance tasks when required
* Scheduling installers and updating job progress
* Resolving on-site issues promptly and effectively
* Promoting our strong "One Stoddart" team culture
About You
You're a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who knows what it takes to lead on a construction site.
You'll ideally bring:
* Solid experience in the construction industry
* Background in roofing, plumbing, or a related trade
* Strong WH&S knowledge and safety-first mindset
* Ability to read and interpret building plans
* Familiarity with Australian Building Codes & Standards
* Confident leadership and clear communication skills
* Relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded)
* Valid Driver's Licence and White Card (essential)
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Physical fitness and ability to work on active sites
* Confidence managing trades and subcontractors
* Great organisational skills and a calm, solutions-first mindset
* Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test
