Your new role
A Senior or Intermediate CA will suit this project with 100+ Units and ground floor retail, across multiple levels in a desirable location. This is an interesting project with amazing views, based on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the contracts for the project, from trade lettings to cost forecasting and everything in-between such as variations and progress claims. You will be assisted by a junior CA and join a high-performing team where you can make a significant impact on the built environment on the Sunshine Coast.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you must have experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally on multi-residential unit developments, worth $10M or more in build cost. If you're a CA ready to step up to a senior role, and have worked on other commercial projects, then please also apply. A tertiary qualification or trade qualification will both be well regarded; strong communication skills are essential. Only candidates based in Australia will be considered and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast.
What you'll get in return
Salary will be commensurate with experience, while a range between $130k to $190k package is a good indicator. You will also be joining an established team with a successful track record, full of mentors and high-profile colleagues.
