Help Desk Specialist
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Help Desk Specialist in our end-to-end Service Desk team. You will be responsible for providing network and hardware management services to our clients, working collaboratively with them to resolve technical issues and improve their IT experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and troubleshoot complex multisite client networks
* Provide technical account management and support to clients
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve business goals and objectives
Requirements:
* Experience with a broad range of IT systems and programs
* Technical knowledge of firewalls, Microsoft platforms, and virtual environments
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
