Apothecary Bar & Florence's Restaurant is on the lookout for talented and passionate Bartenders to join our dynamic team. Having recently opened just six months ago, our venue has quickly become a local favourite, known for its vibrant atmosphere and commitment to quality.
Our bar is the heart of the venue, featuring 36 beer taps, an extensive wine and spirit list, and a contemporary cocktail menu—all supported by brand-new, state-of-the-art equipment designed to make service seamless and enjoyable.
We're searching for bartenders who are:
Experienced
: You've worked in fast-paced, high-quality bars and understand what it takes to deliver exceptional service.
Knowledgeable
: You have a solid understanding of tap beer systems, wine, and spirits, and preferably have experience with modern cocktail techniques.
Energetic & Approachable
: You're personable, fit, and thrive in a team-focused, customer-driven environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a busy bar or comparable venue
Excellent understanding of draught beer systems and product handling
Sound wine and spirit knowledge
Cocktail-making experience preferred
Valid RSA certification (SITHFAB002, SITHFAB021, or SITHFAB201)
Completed Hospitality Hygiene for Food Handlers certificate
Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays
