This executive position is open for senior leadership experience and is a key part of a major Australian grower, processor and exporter of high-quality almonds and pistachios.
Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, governance, risk and capital management to enable sustainable growth across processing operations, domestic sales and export markets.
Partner closely with the Board and CEO to oversee financial compliance, reporting, treasury, export finance, corporate governance and IT/cyber governance.
Support performance, capability and cultural alignment across the organisation and drive operational partnering with major capital projects and future greenfield development.
Qualifications Significant experience as a senior financial executive within agri-processing, food manufacturing or export-oriented environments.
Tertiary qualifications and CA/CPA accreditation are essential.
Demonstrated success in senior financial leadership, capital project oversight and operational partnering.
