The Role
* Lead generation through prospecting, database outreach, and follow‐ups
* Managing buyer enquiries, callbacks, inspections, and offer management
* Supporting listing campaigns, including just listed / just sold initiatives
* Coordinating and hosting open homes and private inspections
* Analysing market trends and assisting with auctions
* Maintaining CRM updates and pipeline activity
* Assisting with contract preparation through to settlement

Who They're Looking For
* Previous real estate sales experience (preferred)
* Current COR/Registration (or actively completing)
* High‐energy, coachable, and goal‐oriented mindset
* Strong communication, organisation, and client management skills
