Job Responsibilities:
* Provide full support to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, including diary and email management, seamless coordination and scheduling of meetings, invoice and expense approvals, administrative system approvals and business travel.
* Coordinate, collate and prepare presentations, reports and ad-hoc requirements as directed.
* Support on ad-hoc duties to assist the Risk and Compliance Leadership Team.
* Maintain, consolidate and update key Risk and Compliance metrics.
* Prepare and coordinate the filing of all routine internal and external reports and documents.
* Handle daily calls and inquiries and respond independently to routine issues and questions.
* Assist in coordinating training sessions.
* Support the Risk and Compliance Team Assistant, as needed.
* Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Risk and Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
