Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in delivering effective project outcomes.
* Participate in project meetings throughout the project lifecycle
* Support project procurement through Tender activities
* Manage all contract documentation for the project
* Analyze budgets, cashflows and prepare reporting as required
* Attend site to assess and verify progress claims
* Manage internal and external relationships to ensure project outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal applicant will possess:
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
* Similar experience with Industrial projects greater than $20 mil in value
* High developed interpersonal and relationship management skills
