We are looking for a receptionist to join the team in a casual or part-time capacity with opportunity to create a full time position at Ubika Spa, Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley.
A little taste of your day to day:
- As receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all in-spa administration operations run efficiently.
- The sole purpose of the position is to assist our Beauty Therapists, Management and most importantly our loyal clientele.
- We thrive on delivering outstanding customer service in everything we do and we hold ourselves to the highest standard.
What we need from you:
- We would love someone with solid retail experience! Ideally 12 months customer service/administration experience
- Superior customer service and presentation
- High computer literacy
- Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy would be desirable but not necessary
- Previous experience in the beauty/ aesthetics industry desirable but not necessary
