**About the Role**
Due to growth across the business we are hiring a Regional Manager to join our expanding team.
This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant Team Leader from the Occ Rehab sector who is ready to step up to the next stage of their career into a Regional Manager role.
Within your new role you will be responsible for up to four teams within ACT region, each team will consist of a Team leader who manages a team of Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Counsellors and Physiotherapist, with the Team Leader's being your direct report.
The Regional Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for:
- People: staff development / continuous learning / upskilling
- Outcomes: overall responsibility for team performance
- Forecasting for headcount: working with our internal Recruiter
- Retention: fostering supportive culture with engagement strategies
- Customer: escalations and working closely with our Accounts Team
- Analytics: utilising report functions to protect the team portfolio
**About You**
- Extensive experience within Occ Rehab
- Allied Health qualifications such as Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist
- Your successful experience leading teams
- Your desire to build teams and team leaders
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record to lead by example
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
